Processing Times
We know how excited you are to get your order (+we are too)! Your order will ship from our location within 3–5 business days from the order date. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive tracking details via email so you can follow its journey!
Standard shipping rate is $8.95 (free for orders $125+). We use USPS and UPS to find the the best option for your order. While delays can sometimes happen (weather, carrier hiccups, etc.), we’ll keep you posted and support you the best we can.
Free Shipping
We offer FREE shipping on orders $125+ (U.S. only).
Local Pickup
Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout - it's free and can be ready same/next day Monday-Friday 11-4pm. You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link via email. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information at checkout. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change or redirect the shipping address.
Please note that orders are in the hands of the shipping carrier once tracking is provided. We are not responsible for delays due to weather, high volume shipping times or other carrier hiccups.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, ownership transfers completely to the customer. We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or misdelivered after delivery is confirmed. For extra peace of mind, we recommend shipping to a secure location.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise provided through Redo Return Coverage.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
After an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, any delivery issues must be addressed directly with the carrier. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
