Processing Times
Your order will ship via USPS (or by the shipping method chosen at checkout) within 3–5 business days from the order date. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive tracking details via email so you can follow its journey.

Free Shipping
We offer FREE shipping on orders $125+ (U.S. only).

Local Pickup
Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout to pick up your order in-store for free. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.

Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link via email. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Packages Marked as “Delivered”
If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate your package, please take these steps within 24–48 hours:

  1. Check all possible drop-off spots around your property.

  2. Ask neighbors or building staff if it was left nearby.

  3. Contact your local USPS branch (not the general hotline) with your tracking number—they can speak directly with your mail carrier.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, ownership transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or misdelivered after delivery is confirmed. For extra peace of mind, we recommend shipping to a secure location.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless items you received are damaged or there was an error on our end.
