We want you to love everything you order from us, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help you find something you love instead!

To start a return, please use our online return portal. Returns must be initiated and postmarked within 14 days of delivery.

Please note: Eligible returns are accepted for store credit only. Once approved, store credit will be added directly to your customer account and can be used anytime online or in-store. It never expires :)

To start a return, please use our online return portal. Returns must be initiated and postmarked within 14 days of delivery. For local pickup orders, the 14-day return window begins on the order date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached. Returns received outside of the return window or that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Customers who purchase Redo Return Coverage may receive additional return benefits as outlined during checkout and in the return portal.

We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.

Returns mailed without first being initiated through our return portal may be refused if they do not meet return requirements.

EXCHANGES

START AN EXCHANGE HERE

Need a different size or color? Exchanges can be requested through our return portal within 14 days of delivery.

Once your return is received and approved, we'll process your exchange based on current inventory availability. Exchange items will be reserved while your return is in transit back to us.

If your requested item is no longer available, store credit will be added to your customer account for the value of the returned item.

If you'd rather not wait, you're welcome to place a new order and return the original item for store credit once it is received.

Exchange shipping costs will be deducted from available store credit.

Want a little extra peace of mind? For just $2.99 at checkout, you can add Redo Return Coverage to your order.

Redo Return Coverage includes FREE returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, along with access to an easy self-service return portal that lets you start a return or exchange in just a few clicks.

Coverage is completely optional and *must be added at checkout.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Accessories
  • Jewelry
  • Intimates
  • Hats
  • Gift Cards
  • Seasonal/Holiday Merchandise
  • Any SALE ITEM (or item ending in $.50 at the time of purchase)

Shoes must be returned unworn and in their original box.

Ineligible returns will be refused and sent back to the customer at their expense.

SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise provided through Redo Return Coverage.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information at checkout. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change or redirect the shipping address.

After an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, any delivery issues must be addressed directly with the carrier.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

If an order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately. We may issue store credit that can be used toward a future purchase.

RETURN PROCESSING

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing once your return is received.

Approved store credit will be added directly to your customer account.

LOCAL PICKUP ORDERS

Local pickup orders must be picked up during pickup hours:

Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–4:00 PM

The 14-day return window begins on the date the order is placed, not the pickup date.

You may also bring returns/exchanges back during those hours with the same 14 day window.
