We want you to love everything you order from us—but if it’s not quite right, we’re happy to help you find something that is!
If you need to make a return, items must be in new, unworn condition with tags still attached and sent back within 14 days of delivery. For local pickup orders, the 14-day window starts on your order date. Returns received after this period will not be accepted.
How to Return:

Be sure to include your name, order number, and reason for return inside the package. You’re also welcome to bring your return into our store within 14 days—just note that all returns are issued as store credit in the form of an e-gift card, redeemable online or in-store.
Refund Method:
All returns are processed for store credit only. Once your return is received, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. We’ll email you an e-gift card code to the email address on your order, which can be used online or in-store.
A few things to keep in mind:

Return shipping is your responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for peace of mind.

Final sale items cannot be returned, including: sale/markdown items, seasonal or holiday merchandise, bralettes, bodysuits, jewelry, and hats. Shoes must be in their original box, unworn, and free from any scuffs or marks.

We reserve the right to refuse any items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.
