Return Policy
We want you to love everything you order from us — but if it’s not quite right, we’re happy to help you find something that is!
If you need to make a return, items must be new, unwashed, unworn, and have all original tags attached, and must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery. For local pickup orders, the 14-day window begins on your order date. Returns received after this period will not be accepted. We accept returns for exchange or store credit only, and store credit is issued as an e-gift card that never expires and can be used both in-store and online. We do not issue refunds for “accidental” orders under any circumstances.
Please note that we do not accept returns on sale or markdown items, accessories, jewelry, intimates, hats, gift cards, or seasonal/holiday merchandise. These items are final sale. Shoes must be returned unworn and in their original box. Any unacceptable or ineligible returns will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.
Exchanges:
If you’d like a different size or style, start by returning the item you no longer want. Once we receive it and confirm it meets our return requirements, we’ll issue store credit for the full value. You can then use that credit toward a new order — whether it’s for the replacement item or something entirely different.
If you’d like, you can order your replacement right away without waiting for the store credit, since we don’t hold items for exchanges. Please note, the return will still generate store credit once we receive it; we do not issue refunds for exchanges.
Holiday Return Extension:
Orders placed between Pink Friday (11/21/25) and 12/24/25 qualify for an extended holiday return window. Eligible items may be returned for store credit if postmarked by 1/7/26.
Holiday-themed items must be returned by 12/15. Any holiday-themed purchases made after 12/15 are final sale.
If a gift recipient needs to make a return, the item must still fall within the appropriate return window.

Please include your name, order number, and reason for return inside the package. You’re also welcome to bring your return into our store within the return window. Once your return is received, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Store credit will be emailed to the address on your order.
Shipping Notes:
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, any delivery issues must be addressed directly with the carrier.
